This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is located in a residential (non commercial) neighborhood. Harbor House is situated along a white sandy beach and warm gulf of peaceful Sunset Beach. The Harbor House community offers adults/senior residents nearby access to golf, boating, fishing, shopping and dining in a relaxed gulf side atmosphere. Condos are comfortable, fully appointed one bedroom units with ceiling fans, large closets, ample storage and color televisions. Cable TV, VCR, CD/DVD Player and phone for local calls are all provided. A pass-thru style kitchen, fully equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Appliances include oven/range, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microware, small convection oven and all cooking implements. Full bathroom with tub/shower, sink and vanity area includes linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has Twin beds, ample closet and dresser space. 

Community areas consist of private parking in a low traffic area, outdoor charcoal barbecue area with tables and chairs with private keyed laundry facility. The swimming pool is located on the gulf side of the property overlooking the Gulf of Mexico adjacent to Sunset Chateau.

Rentals of less than 6 months subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax + 4% Tourist Tax.

A reservation/security deposit of $150 is required with all weekly reservations and $300.00 on monthly rentals, together with a signed rental agreement.
Deposit refunded within 30 days of your departure, less any damages and $50.00 cleaning fee.
Full payment is required prior to arrival.
Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a bank check or money order

The condo is part of a small complex of 60 similar units surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The well-maintained swimming pool is open from 7am until 10pm all year. 

Local Area: Pirates Square, Treasure Island's main shopping center, is a short drive away along Gulf Blvd to the north. John's Pass is to the north, where all manner of water based activities can be found, such as parasailing, wave runner rental, deep sea fishing trips, and even dolphin watch excursions. Restaurants and bars can be found at both Johns Pass and within the Pirates Square complex, in addition to those located 'beach front' on Gulf Blvd itself. Intracoastal fishing is just a short distance away and public beach access is just a few yards walk from the property. 

This area of Florida's Gulf Coast is a vacationers delight, besides the pristine white sand beaches it is ideally located to reach Disney World (approx 1.5 hours away) and Busch Gardens (50 minutes away).
