This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is part of a small development of similar properties, each which have their own 3 car garage. All living area is on the first floor due to local building codes and access to the first floor is gained via a garden stairway. 

The property is twelve years old, has approximately 1050 sq.ft. of living space, with a great room that has a vaulted ceiling and sky lights and best of all, is located only 900 feet from the beach, making it ideally placed for early morning, or sunset walks along the beach.

The townhouse is fully equipped and air conditioned. The master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed, in addition there is a roll-a-way bed. Both are well appointed with wardrobes and dressing tables. All have TVs. The en-suite bathrooms both have vanity units with showers and a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The townhouse is part of a small complex of 95 similar units surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The well-maintained and heated swimming pool is open from 10am until 10pm all year. 

Local Area: Pirates Square, Treasure Island's main shopping center, is within walking distance along Gulf Blvd to the south. John's Pass is to the north, where all manner of water based activities can be found, such as parasailing, wave runner rental, deep sea fishing trips, and even dolphin watch excursions. Restaurants and bars can be found at both Johns Pass and within the Pirates Square complex, in addition to those located 'beach front' on Gulf Blvd itself. Intracoastal fishing is just a few steps away and public beach access is just a few minutes walk from the property. 

This area of Florida's Gulf Coast is a vacationers delight, besides the pristine white sand beaches it is ideally located to reach Disney World (approx 1.5 hours away) and Busch Gardens (50 minutes away).
